A reservation is considered valid with a 50% prepayment, but not less than the cost of the first night

The prepayment must be made within 24 hours of booking. Unconfirmed reservations will be canceled

The prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation

Staying with pets is subject to individual discussion

We only accept guests with small breed dogs (Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, etc.)
Additional accommodation cost: 20,000 tenge

Late check-out: until 6:00 PM
